1. Pricing
Current pricing is available at our website or by contacting info@getzoptic.com.
2. Payment Processing
Payments processed through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be provided except:
- Service not delivered as described
- Persistent technical issues preventing access
- Duplicate charges
Contact info@getzoptic.com within 30 days for exception requests.
4. Subscription Renewal
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will send renewal reminders 60 days, 30 days, and 5 days before your renewal date to ensure you have adequate notice.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting info@getzoptic.com. Cancellations must be submitted before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
5. After Expiration
If you cancel your subscription or it expires:
- Profile reverts to teaser mode
- Gated content hidden
- Data retained for 12 months
