We've updated our Terms, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. These changes take effect on October 16, 2026.
We went through every promise on our site and made sure it matches what AthleteIntro actually does. What's new:
- Delete your account from the app. You can request account deletion from your dashboard, and you'll get an email confirming we received it.
- Account owners must be 18 or older. A parent or guardian holds the account for the student-athlete.
- We record when you accept our terms, so we both have a clear record.
- Our 14-day money-back guarantee is spelled out the same way in our Terms and Refund Policy.
- Coaches who view profiles are not verified by us. Share your link with the people you choose.
- Story Spark uses Google's paid Gemini service. Your content is not used to train their models.
- Public profile pages may show up in search engines.
- We removed a few promises about features we don't offer yet, like a fixed renewal reminder schedule and an account activity log.
1. Pricing
Current pricing is available at our website or by contacting info@getzoptic.com.
2. Payment Processing
Payments processed through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
3. Refund Policy
14-day money-back guarantee: If you're not happy, email info@getzoptic.com within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except for:
- Service not delivered as described
- Ongoing technical problems that prevent access
- Duplicate charges
Contact info@getzoptic.com within 30 days of the charge for these exceptions.
4. Subscription Renewal
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can see your renewal date at any time in your account settings.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting info@getzoptic.com. Cancellations must be submitted before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
5. After Expiration
If you cancel your subscription or it expires:
- Profile reverts to teaser mode
- Gated content hidden
- Data retained for 12 months
