California Minor Privacy Protections
Who can have an account and a profile:
- Accounts are owned by adults (18 or older). No accounts are permitted for anyone under 18.
- Profiles are for student-athletes 13 and older.
- Profiles for student-athletes under 18 are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who decides what goes on the profile and who it is shared with.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

All Minors Under 18:
Minor users (under 18) have the right to request deletion of any content they have posted to their profile under California's "Eraser Law" (Business & Professions Code ยง 22581). To request deletion, email info@getzoptic.com from the registered email address or have a parent/guardian submit the request.
California Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- Right to Know: Request what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
- Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information
- Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Right to Opt-Out: Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.)
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights
