All information on the Site is provided in good faith. However, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information on the Site.

No Guarantee of Recruiting Outcomes
Athlete Intro is a profile platform, not a recruiting service. We do not guarantee:
- That college coaches will view your profile
- That you will receive recruiting interest, offers, or scholarships
- Any specific outcome from using our Service
User-Submitted Content
Athlete Intro does not create or post athlete profile content on behalf of users. Educational resources such as the Recruiting Guide are authored by Athlete Intro as informational tools and do not constitute legal, financial, or recruiting advice. All profile data is either:
- Self-reported by the athlete or parent/guardian
- Added by authorized editors (managers, coaches) with your permission
We do not independently verify the accuracy of user-submitted data unless explicitly marked as "Verified" through third-party verification services. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information.
Image Ownership and Permissions: By uploading images to your profile, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the images or have explicit permission from the copyright owner to use them.
- If any other person(s) appear in the images, you have obtained their consent (or their parent/guardian's consent if they are minors) to use and display their likeness on the Platform.
- You have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and display the images.
- The images do not violate any third party's privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary permissions before uploading any images. Athlete Intro is not liable for any unauthorized use of images, violations of privacy rights, or infringement of intellectual property rights resulting from your uploaded content.
Should Athlete Intro be notified of any content or image violations, the content will be flagged and removed from the platform. Users will be sent notifications of such violations.
Your use of the Site and your reliance on any information on the Site is solely at your own risk.
Third-Party Links & Non-Endorsement
Profiles may contain links to external websites and resources provided by users (such as highlight videos, social media accounts, or athletic statistics platforms). These links are provided for convenience only.
Important: We have no control over the content, availability, or practices of external sites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Athlete Intro. Similarly, we do not claim endorsement from any linked external websites or companies. These links are user-provided references only.
We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of linked sites. Users access external sites at their own risk.
Coach Access & Profile Viewing
College coaches and recruiting staff (collectively "Coaches") may access athlete profiles through:
- Public teaser content (visible without authentication)
- Gated content via access codes provided by the athlete or guardian
When Coaches access profiles:
- They are viewing user-submitted content only; Athlete Intro has not verified or endorsed the information unless explicitly marked as "Verified"
- They are subject to their own institution's NCAA compliance rules and recruiting regulations
- They may not use Athlete Intro to share, distribute, or store any Athlete Information outside the platform without the athlete's explicit permission
Athlete Intro is not responsible for Coach behavior, contact, or recruiting practices.
Platform Policy
General Statement
Zoptic, LLC operating as Athlete Intro is a profile platform for student-athletes and their families. We are committed to promoting accurate, authentic athlete representation. This Platform Policy ensures the safety of our Users and outlines prohibited behaviors and content.
1. Age Requirements
- All accounts must have a primary account owner who is 18+ years of age
- Athlete Intro does NOT create profiles for children under 13
- No accounts are permitted for users under 13 years of age
Some states have additional account age and data verification requirements. Athlete Intro will work to meet requirements for these state laws. Please see Appendix A for current state requirements and Platform compliance standings.
2. Profile Information & Content
We encourage authenticity. Please provide only accurate and truthful information. We do not permit:
- Images with nudity or sexually explicit content
- Content deemed obscene or offensive
- Content unrelated to athletics, academics, or recruiting
- Falsified statistics, achievements, or credentials
- Images used without proper ownership or permissions
- Images containing others without their consent
3. Data Verification Status
All profile data displays its verification status:
- Self-Reported: Data provided by athlete/parent; not independently verified
- Coach-Reported: Data provided by coach; attributed but not independently verified
- Verified: Data confirmed through third-party verification
Deliberately misrepresenting unverified data as verified is grounds for account termination.
4. Prohibited Conduct
We do not allow:
- Child Sexual Exploitation & Abuse
- Harassment, Intimidation & Bullying
- Profile Misrepresentation or Impersonation
- Hate or Discrimination based on protected classes
- Illegal Activities, Scams, or Fraud
- Violence or Threats
- Unauthorized use of copyrighted images or images of other individuals without their consent
5. Test and Demonstration Profiles
Athlete Intro may create test or demonstration profiles for:
- Quality assurance and platform development (internal use)
- Sales demonstrations and prospect education (external use)
These profiles are clearly marked as demonstrations and do not represent real athletes or associated data.
6. Reporting & Enforcement
Report violations to info@getzoptic.com. Violations may result in content removal, warnings, or account termination.
