If you choose to link your social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.) to your profile, we will display:

- Your profile picture or avatar (if publicly available)
You control which accounts are linked and what is displayed. We do not automatically post content from your social media or access non-public information. You may remove social media connections at any time.

- Coach-verified assessments
- Third-party verification data (athletic testing, GPS tracking)
- Payment confirmation from Stripe

3. Audit Logging
We maintain audit trails for all profile changes:
- Who made the change (user, editor, system)
- What was changed
- When the change occurred (timestamp)
- IP address associated with the change
This helps ensure accountability and allows you to track your profile history.
4. Information Sharing
Profile Visibility:
- Public (Teaser) Content: Hero image, name, GPA, select achievements
- Gated Content (Access Code Required): Full videos, detailed stats, contact info
Service Providers:
We share data with vendors for payment processing (Stripe), email, hosting, and analytics. All vendors are bound by confidentiality agreements.
Third-Party AI Tools:
The Recruiting Guide includes prompts designed to be copied and pasted into external AI assistants (such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Google Gemini). When you use these prompts, any information you enter is shared directly with that third-party service and is governed by their privacy policy, not ours. Athlete Intro does not transmit your data to these services, does not have access to your conversations with them, and does not receive any output they generate.
Affiliates:
We may share information with current or future affiliates or related companies under Zoptic, LLC for legitimate business purposes. Any affiliates will be bound by this Privacy Policy.
Corporate Transactions:
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or control of your personal information.
Legal Requirements:
